What types of ENT products does EON Meditech manufacture?
EON Meditech Australia manufactures a wide range of ENT medical products across otology, rhinology, laryngology, ENT instruments, PVA dressings, and surgical care solutions, designed to support diagnosis, treatment, and post-operative care.
Are your products certified for use in Australia and internationally?
Yes. EON Meditech Australia holds EN ISO 13485 certification for its Quality Management System, is registered with CDSCO (India's Central Drugs Standard Control Organization), and holds CE marking for European market compliance. All manufacturing is done under GMP-compliant conditions. Product-specific certificates can be downloaded from our documentation library.
Do you accept bulk or institutional orders?
Absolutely. We have a dedicated B2B institutional programme for hospitals, ENT clinics, and international distributors. Bulk orders benefit from preferential pricing, priority dispatch, and dedicated account management. Please email info@eonmeditech.com.au with your requirement details.
Which countries do you currently export to?
We currently export to 15+ global markets including Australia, New Zealand, the Indian subcontinent, East and West Africa, North Africa, the Middle East, South East Asia, United States, and Europe. How are the implants sterilized and what is the shelf life?
Most of our implants and ventilation tubes are EO (Ethylene Oxide) sterilized and supplied as single-use sterile devices in sealed packaging. Shelf life typically ranges from 3 to 5 years from the manufacturing date, clearly indicated on each product label. For specific sterilization data, refer to the IFU (Instructions for Use) included with each product.
Can I request product samples before placing a large order?
Yes. We offer sample kits for qualified healthcare institutions and distributors. Samples are subject to shipping costs and may require professional credentials or institutional affiliation. Contact our sales team to request a sample kit and we will guide you through the process.
What is your return and replacement policy?
All sterile single-use products cannot be returned once the packaging integrity is compromised. In the event of a manufacturing defect or damaged shipment, we offer full replacement at no charge. Claims must be raised within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Reach out to info@eonmeditech.com.au for all returns and replacement requests.
