Shower Protect

Shower Guard is a cover that protects your stoma from water while enjoying a shower and switch back when it finished.

Duration of Use:

It is surgically Invasive device for Long term use 

Performance characteristics: 

Utilizes a custom, 90-degree downward-tilted ventilation opening that permits free airflow while completely deflecting overhead water droplets. It is equipped with universal 15 mm single-adapters to ensure a secure, watertight seal against standard stoma base plates and buttons.

Patient Population: all patient population.

Clinical Indications:

Indicated for permanent or temporary tracheostomy/laryngectomy patients requiring a protective barrier against water aspiration while showering, washing hair, or performing upper-body ablutions.

Contraindications:

The Device should only be used in accordance with the instructions for Use. patients without the physical, congnitive, or mental ability required to attach, remove or operate the device themselves, should not use the devices independently and should only use it if they are under sufficient supervision of a clinician or trained caregiver.

• Do not reuse: if the device is reused, it may cause harmful effect or infection to patient.
• This device is not designed, sold, or, intended for use except as indicated or prescribed by a Physician.
• Do not use if the packaging has been opened or damaged.
